Nicholas Killmer is a 24-year-old who was born and raised in Beacon, New York. Nicholas attended Beacon High School and graduated with the class of 2016. In High School Nicholas was an athlete, a member of the National Honor Society, Homecoming and Prom King, and was also his Class President for a year. Nicholas graduated from Dutchess Community College and then moved to Queens for three years where he attended St. John's University. Nicholas graduated St. John’s with a bachelor's degree in Finance. At St. John’s Nicholas was a member of the Business Club, ran the St. John's Barstool social media accounts, and served as a chair member in St. John's “Redzone” where he promoted all St. John's sporting events. New York City has taught Nicholas crucial skills such as networking, and the New York City grind.
Nicholas has always been a hard worker as he got his work papers when he turned 14 and has never looked back. As a waiter for 6 years, Nicholas discovered his love for interacting with people and making sure they are satisfied. Nicholas has always loved being in the sales force as he was also an Intern at Northwestern Mutual, where he became a top 10 intern in his region. There he was able to learn crucial skills such as client building and relations. Through his journey Nicholas was able to discover his true passion which is Real Estate. Due to his enjoyment of working in sales, and his love for making clients happy, Nicholas realized that buying real estate is one of the biggest investments a person will make in their lifetime, and he would love to be able to help guide them through their journey.
In his leisure time Nicholas enjoys watching sports, playing golf, spending time with friends and family, traveling and meeting new people.
